Just another night

I've posted here, on FB, and elsewhere about my long-term and chronic insomnia problems, but I try not to whine too much because, frankly, no one likes a whiner. :)

Last night was a typical night for me. I went to bed later than normal because I was at the Flyers game, and due to the tv broadcast schedule it was a later start time.

Went to bed at 12:00
Still awake at 12:30
Fell asleep sometime shortly after that
Woke up at 1:00
Woke up at 1:33
Woke up at 2:12
Woke up at 3:00
Still awake at 3:34
Fell asleep sometime shortly after that
Woke up at 4:24
Woke up at 4:53
Woke up at 5:25
Woke up at 6:04
Alarm went off at 6:26

Yup. Just another night in Theia World.
