Gotta love taper madness and race nerves
- Why the deliemna on the race top?
- Plenty of checklist online, if you cant find it, google it
- Drinking, SMART MOVE!!!
- Save it for after the race, treat yourself for all the hardwork and the reward of the finishline, what would you get?
- Carb loading, so many conflicting information out there by highly respected coaches, I went with 48 hours out.
- Enjoy the reward for all your hard work!!!
You rock, BDD!
Oh, and I think my post-race treat next week will be a Bobbie. Google Capriotti's and you will see... YUM. Haven't had one in nearly a year, I think!
Which race are you doing again? Second guessing everything is perfectly normal. As for a list, James over at Power Multisport (http://www.powermultisport.com/) gave me the idea to create a picture checklist which I did here for NOLA http://blog.ransick.org/2011/04/hes-making-list-and-check-it-twice.html . Hope it helps and good luck!
