Water weight... I presume

148 this morning!

Actually, I weighed myself twice. The first one was 147.8, and the second was 148.2, so I averaged them. :)

It's probably just water weight from some good, hard workouts this weekend, but do I care??

Well I'm not sure what your normal weight is, but yes if you've had some good workouts your body could very well be retaining water. No worries...as you know I'm sure our stupid weight can fluctate from day to day...heck hour to hour. I'm just impressed that you posted your weight on your blog. I would never do that - I'm not that self assured.....so way to go!

:) I figure public humiliation is the best way to stay motivated! I'm trying to go from 150 to 145 in the next 4-6 weeks.

I retain water every week after a long run! i did broad street this weekend and was up 3 pounds tuesday, 2 pounds today! Stinks!!! LOL.. Which 1/2 are you doing?

Hi Lisa! I'm doing the Alexandria Running Festival half on May 29. It's a good excuse to go to DC for a weekend. :)
